Animated Night/Day Toggle

Steps to create:

1. Float all dashboard elements, set all font colors to change with param
2. Add bar chart behind that changes bar color with param
3. Create toggle as dot plot over beveled rectangle
4. Turn on animation for this worksheet
5. Float cloud/stars scatter on top
6. Float 2 transparent param action buttons on top of scatter plot
7. Set parameter actions for 2 button sheets

Then the toggle animates with the parameter action
